The GSMA Mobile World Congress shall be held in Barcelona from 27th February to 2nd March, TELNET will present one of world’s first IoT solutions with NB-IoT connectivity, this solution has been develop in collaboration with Telefonica and Ericsson. Among other features, NB-IoT allows operators to increase the capabilities of existing mobile networks allowing connection to thousands of sensors with a low power consumption and that need a real time communication.
This device developed and manufactured by TELNET Redes Inteligentes is bases on Intel Quark C1000 microcontroller and on a Telit‘s NB-IoT modem. Both components represent the art of developing smart devices intended for such different sectors as goods logistic or digital urbanism. This device that shall be shown on Telefonica and Ericsson booth has motion detection capabilities through a magnetometer and an accelerometer.
TELNET Redes Inteligentes is a Spanish company with more than 20 years of experience. Since its foundation TELNET has a commitment with R&D and with self-manufacturing as differentiating elements. This technological autonomy allows to offer its customers a wide portfolio of products and solutions within optical communication sector (cable and optical fiber components, GPON equipment and xWDM) mobile (low visual impact antennas for base stations) and IoT (sensors, M2M gateways and data analysis).
TELNET shall be present on booth 18 within Spanish pavilion located at Congress Square (CS60 and CS73).
