Variable Optic Attenuators
For applications in optical fiber networks where it is necessary to reduce gradually the optical power level in the cable. The variable attenuators are very easy to use and install and they provide ability to regulate the optical power thanks to a very wide attenuation range level.
Description
The manufacturing process of these attenuators provide high return loss and an excellent attenuation range attained by a threaded selflocking mechanism. The attenuators use an optomechanical technology to reach the attenuation level required.
Features
- High return loss
- Minimun insertion loss
- Environmentally stable
- Easy to handle.
- Wide attenuation range
