Filters for optical fiber

The optical fiber filters, made by a fiber fusion technology, are designed to filter certain wavelengths transmitted in an optical fiber, allowing for example, to filter optical signals for supervision, from a fiber link that also carries other services. They are applied in optical fiber communication networks and in test and monitor optical fiber systems.

Description

These filters have high return loss, presenting stability in the whole operating wavelength range and in a wide temperature range. The filters present fully polarization stability both in loss and in modal dispersion.
