Long range 4x10G module
4x10G module for TeraSAE chassis is a 10Gbps long-range optical transmissor/receiver that allows working with different types of signal encoding. It covers the entire C-band transmission from 1528nm to 1563nm, and has a wide range receiver, from 1290nm to 1603nm. Supports traffic rates between 9'95 and 11'3 Gbps Gbps, i.e. 10Gb Ethernet LAN, WAN or 10 Gb Ethernet SDH, OTN or just passing traffic transparently and is focused on DWDM applications.
It has four local XFP optical interfaces and four -24dBm high sensitivity plant optical interfaces, with tunable transmission and power lambda can achieve distances up to 80 km.
It can be used in scenarios such as:
· Signal Regenerator for access or trunk Long Reach 10GbE LAN/WAN FEC links.
· STM-64/OC-192 with FEC signal regenerator for Long Reach of access or trunk links.
· DWDM tunable wavelength systems
· Cross-connects optical OTN network
