Under the name "Telnet Labs", TELNET Redes Inteligentes includes its capacity for Innovation , Development, prototyping and manufacturing from its own experience in the field of telecommunications aiming to other strategic sectors such as: Security and Defence, Industry, Energy, Transportation, Environment and Health.

 



The ability of TELNET Redes Inteligentes in the field of innovation is based first on its fully qualified staff with extensive experience in the field of new technologies, and on the other hand, in a set of laboratories with advanced equipment and lines of industrial prototyping and flexible and fully operational manufacturing.

Our Labs

We have various laboratories for designs and prototypes demanded by our customers. These include electronic design laboratory, the laboratory of radio-frequency and the chemical and materials lab.

Electronic Design Laboratory

Under the name of TELNET Labs we can offer to the most demanding customer our extensive experience in electronic design, result of our numerous developments of advanced electronic systems and communications.

 

The Electronics Laboratory covers all stages of design, from schematic drawing, production of PCBs, mechanical design of the outer envelope, embedded software to manufacturing and assembling prototypes, along with the most demanding validation tests.

A human team with extensive experience in design of subsystems, together with the latest simulation tools and EDA design, with modern test and measurement instrumentation for main optical, electrical and RF standards are the main guarantees that ensure project success.

Labs TELNET applies modern technology to its design process to ensure a low Time-to-market and high reusing rates of software components and firmware:

Radio-frequency Laboratory

TELNET Redes Inteligentes, through its Radio Frequency Laboratory, provides services of test and measurement of antennas, providing to the industry with the knowledge in this field. With the experience in development, prototyping and manufacture of our own products for BTS antennas, our testing and certification services meet the most demanding quality criteria.

The clear commitment TELNET for our own R&D, is reflected in our Frequency Laboratory lab in which research and development teams have the material resources that allow us to bring to the market innovative and quality products.

From prototyping to the final product

In our laboratories we work on the complete life cycle of the product from the radiating element design, performance simulation, prototyping, testing on the prototype, first production units, leading subsequently to the industrial production stage.

The radio-frequency laboratory is the place where they are designed as the radiating elements of fractal antennas, which TELNET Redes Inteligentes manufactures under the trademark ENVIA(Environmental Integrated Antennas), as communications equipment requiring radio-communication interfaces.

The laboratory is equipped with a semi-anechoic chamber to measure with great accuracy the radiation pattern of the radiating elements we design and a wide range of advanced instrumentation (meters and signal generators, power measurement equipment, analyzers signal and protocols, etc.)..

Chemical laboratory of materials and optical fiber

In addition to the laboratories of electronics and radio frequency, TELNET Redes Inteligentes has a chemical laboratory in which materials that serve as covers of our fiber optic cables are created and tested. These materials are particularly complex because they must have a torque capacity, flexibility and tensile strength and to high demanding environmental conditions.

TELNET, through its Laboratory of Materials and Optical Fiber provides testing services on a wide range of cable designs as well as on raw materials that compose them.

Our tests to major customers (operators, installers, utilities, roads, railways and highways, regional governments, among others) behind us after an upward trend in approvals, validation of prototypes and acceptance tests.

TELNET, in a continuously committed to R&D, is launching innovative products that bring fiber optic broadband to end users. These new cable designs, high performance optical transmission, flame retardants, ultra-flexible, etc. are a reflection of the vocation of TELNET by providing its customers the most advanced products, following an internal process of validation in their laboratories.
