The COMMUNE project aims to build an innovative solution for cognitive control network under uncertainty. COMMUNE seek practical mitigate the effects of uncertainty by exploring the latest advances in knowledge-based reasoning and other relevant methods of cognitivism . We have chosen this approach because of the intuitive applicability of these models and computational efficiency . The control system will be sorely tested COMMUNE developed through a combination of network tests (a mixture of existing networks of wired and wireless internet ) and simulations. LTE and FTTH : special attention to the access networks , focusing on two relevant scenarios are provided .
